1. In the CS grid, in the "download" column, user can click on the relevant CS line and download a zip file.
2. The file contains all shipment documents. Both uploaded documents and printouts created in the CS/SO.
3. If the "download" column does not appear on the screen, go to the column picker and make sure it is not hidden.
