Permanently deleting your FAST account erases all of your information from FAST's databases. After completing this process, you can no longer use any of your FAST services, your account, and all its data will be removed permanently, and FAST will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. If you contact FAST Support in the future, the system will not recognize your account and Support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.

Important:
This feature is available to all citizens of the EU. We are currently working on making it available for all countries, however, some countries are not yet supported.

Note:
While permanently deleting your account removes you from the FAST database, search engines such as Google may still display your information temporarily until they update their own databases.

To keep your account secure, FAST waits 14 days before starting the process of permanently deleting your account. During this 14 day period, your account is blocked and you are unable to access your account or data. At any point during this period, you may contact FAST Support in a reply to your deletion request and ask to stop the deletion process.

Deactivating your account does not delete your information from the FAST database.

FAST is unable to provide any refunds for your FAST services once your account has been deleted.

FAST is unable to delete information associated with any Third Party Apps. For further assistance, please contact the Third Party App provider directly.
