How to make relevant documents visible to the customer through the portal

Each CS/SO contains multiple number of documents.  Some generated by Freightools (printouts) and some uploaded to the CS/SO.

Each company can define which documents will be accessible to the clients via customer portal and which will remain for internal use only.

1. The process step that contains the documents to be visible, must be from type "documents"

2. Through the "service mix" menu, in template steps, edit the relevant process step. Add relevant execution tools (those will then be visible to the client through the portal as folders in which the documents are accessible.

3. In the SO process step from type "document", upload the documents to be visible in the portal.
