How to edit or create PRINTOUT TEMPLATE?


1. In the main menu, Click on: CONFIGURATION -> PROCESS MANAGEMENT -> PRINTOUT  TEMPLATES

2. Click on NEW PRINTOUT TEMPLATE or click on EDIT  from the list below

3. Select PRINTOUT ENTITY from the dropdown list

4. Click on LOAD  (The system will pull ALL default printout fields related to the PRINTOUT ENTITY)

5. Edit the PRINTOUT FIELDS as needed:

  • To remove category of printout or specific printout field click on  under the REMOVE column
  • To customise category or printout field labels, edit the field under the LABEL column
  • To sort printout categories or printout field, edit the numbers under the column ORDER and click SORT

6. Insert the TEMPLATE NAME

7. Insert the TEMPLATE DESCRIPTION (Will be presented on the printout under the NAME)

8. Select the LANGUAGE of the template from the dropdown list (you can customise the printout labels to any language you wish

9. If you want to relate a text to the template, add it to the STANDARD TEXT multi-select list.

10. Click on SAVE CHANGES.

 

TIPS:

you can create a customised printout template by adding single PRINTOUT CONFIGURATION fields from the dropdown list and click on ADD
